The agent knows your whole trading life and helps you understand it, improve, and plan: it reads your full record, measures your psychology, tracks your goals and financial context, and brings in official economic data, cited news, and live quotes when they matter. It also measures your Trader State, a five-axis performance radar built from your own closed trades, picks one Current Focus to work on next, tracks your wider portfolio on Pro and Premium, and can alert you on Telegram. The automatic journal is what feeds it: a read-only Expert Advisor on your terminal streams every trade, order, balance, and equity change into it, or you can import your history from a file. You can reach the agent on the web, on Telegram, and from AI apps that support MCP. It never places trades or moves money. Beyond MetaTrader, Trader+AI is expanding into crypto trading venues: Hyperliquid is the first venue integration and is marked Soon (not available yet).

No. The Expert Advisor is strictly read-only. It watches the trades you place and sends them to your Trader+AI account over a secure, signed connection. It never places, changes, or closes orders, so you can keep running any other trading tool on a different chart alongside it.

MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5), both netting and hedging accounts, on Windows, Mac (via Wine, Parallels, or CrossOver), and Linux (via Wine). Web and mobile MetaTrader clients cannot run Expert Advisors, so you will need a desktop terminal or a VPS. Crypto trading venues are next, through a generic venue-connection layer: Hyperliquid is the first venue integration and is marked Soon (read-only wallet tracking, not available yet).

It reviews your performance and setups, spots patterns and recurring mistakes, tracks your discipline and plan adherence, helps you think through risk and position sizing, and remembers your goals and context between conversations. When it is relevant, it can also bring in grounded market news and economic data. Ask it anything from 'how did my London-session trades do this month' to 'what keeps going wrong when I lose'.

Trader State is how your Financial Agent measures how you trade, using only your own closed trades from the last 90 days, after costs. It is a five-axis radar: Edge, Capital Protection, Execution Discipline, Trade Management and Loss Response. Each axis shows a 0 to 100 score and how much evidence it rests on, and an axis without enough trades stays empty instead of being guessed. Once every axis has at least an early read, it also shows a Trader Score with its range: a summary of the five, never the whole story. You can view each trading account or all accounts combined. From it, your behaviour patterns and your goals, the Agent picks one Current Focus: the single thing most worth working on next.

Yes, on Pro and Premium. The Portfolio tracker keeps your investments next to your trading: stocks, funds, crypto, gold, deposits, bonds and cash, priced from market data where available and valued in the currency you choose. Your Financial Agent can read it, so it can talk about your whole financial picture rather than one account.

Yes. You can arm alerts on your own trading, such as a run of consecutive losses, a daily loss reaching your limit or too many trades in a day, measured over the day or the week you choose. They are delivered on Telegram, so connecting Telegram is required. Free includes 2 alert rules, Pro 3 and Premium unlimited. Alerts watch your own trading behaviour; they are not price alerts or trade signals.

ChatGPT only sees what you paste in. Your Trader+AI Financial Agent has direct, structured access to your real trading record: every trade, your journal, your mood check-ins, your tags, and your statistics. It runs the numbers across thousands of trades and remembers context from one conversation to the next, so the guidance is about you, not generic.

Yes. It looks at the behavioral side of your trading, not just the numbers: tilt and revenge trading, hesitation, overtrading, breaking your own rules, and how your mood lines up with your results. You can log quick mood check-ins, and over time it helps you see the patterns and work on them. It supports your process and is not a substitute for professional mental-health care.

No. It does not make market calls or tell you what to buy. It focuses on your process: discipline, plan adherence, mistakes, and setup quality. If you ask where a pair is heading, it turns the conversation back to what your own data shows about your edge.

Only within clear limits, and only on your own data. Small, low-risk changes, such as tagging a mistake on a trade or adding a journal entry, are applied right away and you can undo them for 15 minutes. Bigger changes, and anything requested through ChatGPT or Claude (MCP), wait for your confirmation. It never moves money and never trades.

Every figure and headline comes with its source and an as-of time, and news is checked against more than one trusted source before it is shown, with anything unconfirmed marked as such. Your Agent will not invent numbers or expectations, and it keeps interpretations conditional rather than treating them as certainty.

Yes, on every plan. You chat with the same Financial Agent on Telegram, with the same memory as the web, and your Telegram conversations also appear in your web history: up to 3 questions a day on Free, unlimited on Pro and Premium. From Telegram you can get a quick brief, review your journal and performance, check market news, log your mood, receive your behaviour alerts, and just talk things through. You connect it from your dashboard in a couple of taps.

Yes, through MCP, an open standard for connecting your tools to AI apps. Once you connect Trader+AI, supported AI apps can read your trading data to answer your questions, and any change still needs your confirmation. It is optional, and you turn it on yourself.

Yes. You choose to connect it, access is limited to what you allow, nothing is changed without your confirmation, and you can disconnect at any time. Your data is never shared with other users.

A few minutes on a computer with MetaTrader (the mobile app can't run the EA). Download the EA from your dashboard and copy it into the MetaTrader Experts folder, allow ea.traderplus.ai under Tools > Options > Expert Advisors (Allow WebRequest for listed URL), drag the EA onto a chart, paste in your connection details, and enable AutoTrading. You should see a 'Connection test passed' message within seconds, and your past trades sync automatically. New connection details expire if the EA doesn't connect within 24 hours, and a connected EA that stays silent for more than 15 days needs to be set up again.

Almost always a WebRequest permission. In MetaTrader, open Tools, then Options, then Expert Advisors. Turn on 'Allow WebRequest for listed URL' and add https://ea.traderplus.ai to the list. Then restart the EA.

Only if you want trades to sync while your computer is off. The EA runs inside MetaTrader, so if you close MetaTrader, syncing pauses until you reopen it. Trades placed during downtime are still captured on the next sync, since the EA backfills what it missed. For prop-firm traders, a low-cost VPS keeps things reliable.

Up to 365 days on the first run by default. If your broker keeps deeper history, you can widen the range in the EA settings. For older history beyond what your broker exposes, import a CSV, Excel, or MetaTrader HTML statement, and we remove any duplicates automatically.

First, reopen your MetaTrader terminal and make sure the EA is running and AutoTrading is on. Syncing is designed to recover on its own and backfill anything it missed. If something still looks off, contact support and we rebuild it from your terminal's history.

Your journal, trades, and history are always yours to keep, whatever your plan - a plan decides what you can see, never what we store.

Yes. Under Billing, Manage Subscription opens the customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

We don't offer voluntary refunds for a period you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time and you keep full access until the end of that period. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact support.

Yes. Prop firms that use MT4 or MT5, which is most of them, work out of the box. The EA installs on the prop-firm terminal exactly like a personal account. Trader+AI does not encode each firm's rules; to watch your own limits, set alerts for your daily loss limit or daily profit target, and your Agent reads the account's realized drawdown with you.

Free supports 1 account, Pro supports 3, and Premium supports 10. Each account stays separate, you can compare them side by side and see combined statistics, and your Agent can answer things like 'how did my FTMO account do versus my live account this month'.

Yes. The mistake-tag system includes built-in prop-firm tags such as broke daily drawdown, broke total drawdown, traded outside allowed hours, and breached the news rule, and you can add your own. Your Agent uses these to help you stay on the right side of the rules.

No. The EA runs inside your already-signed-in MetaTrader session and only reads trade data. Your broker login, password, and API keys never leave your terminal. We cannot trade on your behalf, even if we wanted to.

The connection between your terminal and Trader+AI is encrypted and signed, so tampered or replayed data is rejected, and built-in duplicate protection means a shaky connection never double-counts a trade. Your account itself is protected by modern sign-in security.

On managed, backed-up infrastructure. Sensitive items like broker secrets are strongly encrypted, and your trades and notes are kept isolated to your own account. Only you, and the tools you choose to connect, can reach your data.

Only you. Your trades and journal are never shared with other users, and they are not used to train public AI models. When your Agent answers a question, your data is used only for that answer, then it is done. Your data is yours.

You can delete individual conversations from your Agent history yourself. There is no button in the app to delete your whole account. For any other request about your data, contact our support team.
