Terms of Service

Trader+AI is an AI financial-agent service for traders: an automatic trade journal plus an AI agent that analyzes your trading, answers questions, and can update your own data (goals, journal, profile) only with your explicit confirmation. You connect your MetaTrader account (or import CSV). It does not place trades or move funds. You must be of legal age and provide accurate account information.

The Financial Agent is an educational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing it says is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Trading carries significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Don't share your account, abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law or your broker's terms.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices and features are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; a separate manual card-to-card option exists for some regions. Refunds, where offered, follow the policy shown at purchase.

You retain ownership of your trading data, journals, and messages. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (store it, send relevant context to the AI models that generate responses, and display it back to you). See the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected in the date above.
